In the event of unanticipated problems with a repair job, our customers are always contacted immediately to be updated and to discuss all their repair options.
Included in our electronic repair service:
- Unit is tested under load (when possible) to obtain maximum customer value for the overall repair undertaking.
- Unit will function perfectly upon its return to the customer.
- A report of what was done to the repaired unit.
